The banded cricket makes a good main food in your reptile's diet. Rich in
protein and low in fat, it can be offered on a regular basis (however, it must be supplemented
in calcium). It is also more easily digestible than the house cricket due to its higher content.

The banded cricket can be kept in a small glass or plastic terrarium. Feed with a base
oats, fresh vegetables (carrot and potatoes) as well as a source of protein. Their total life cycle is
between 8-12 weeks
