The Fluval U Series Submersible Filter Polyester / Carbon Cartridge combines two single sides to perform chemical filtration, which is the crucial second step in the filtration process. Polyester face filters fine debris and contaminants. The charcoal face, on the other hand, removes harmful liquid substances, dyes and odors.
