Since bettas have very small stomachs, they should only be fed a pinch of food, once or twice a day.

This base food is granulated and sold in a convenient dispenser container, specially designed for bettas.
Freeze-dried red maggots are very nutritious and bettas will love it. In general, fish should eat a varied diet including freeze-dried food such as Nutrafin basix red maggots.
As for groundfish, they should be fed Nutrafin basix staple foods in tablets.
